A pretty special day — we undertook probably the world’s only day hike through a legit cave. Dong Hoi, otherwise known as Paradise Cave. It is 31 kilometers long, making it one of the longest dry caves in the world. Only 1 km is open to the public — however, a private company offers a 7 km trek through the cave with a swim and a neat picnic in the stream of light coming through an opening. The hike is actually a bit strenuous, plenty of climbing over rocks, wading through water, etc — but so so worth it. We wrote a review of our experience too!
