We stayed at the cutest little guesthouse in Luang Prabang – Xaychaleuang. Xaychaleuang is run by a nice Japanese lady, is very modern (think Japan!) and totally cute. If you can find it, and its not full, its totally worth a little bit extra. The magical balcony that looks over a cute ally with full display of local life whenever you want to take a peek. We actually extended our stay in Luang Prabang in part due to Xaychaleuang guest house. They don’t seem to have an email address, but the phone number is 030 910 0289.
